We first had a site consultation with 24 seven where we were able to display various relevant products to match their needs. Within this time, we got to understand both their need and learn about their business and the 7 various sectors they were involved in. Operating predominantly in cater cleaning, 24seven also have 6 other sectors such as trauma & pest control, all with different variations of the logo and safety requirement, which, provided previous difficulties both finding new products, as well as reordering new uniform for the ever-growing work force.
We were able to save them time and money in both ordering then receiving orders. How? Now enrolled on our web portal, a key member of each division is provided with a login to their customer web portal where they now order for new and existing staff on a monthly basis, all within their budget. As they pick up new contracts, we’re able to offer advise on all future products and deliver as they expand.
