Struggling for answers? we want to make sure your order is delivered correct, on time and at a great price. Our customer service team are always on hand to answer any questions to may have.

What format do I need my artwork in?

For the best quality, we require an EPS, AI, PDF image. If you do not have these, please send a high res PNG, or JPEG. Our artwork team will review and advise if you require a redraw or good to use for production

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated delivery date. Alternatively we can help you find a suitable replacement product.

Are your garments compliant with health and safety regulations?

In short, yes. All the garments we supply meet their required UK health and safety standards. If you require specific protection for industries such as rail, our expert team are always on hand to make sure your team are meeting the correct certifications for the job.

What will my order look like?

All orders from 1 t-shirt to 10,000, are mocked up by our expert team and sent over for your approval within 24 hours of ordering. All orders are required to have your approval before production, and our artwork team will make you aware of any potential issues with artwork so there are no nasty suprises.

How can I track my order?

All orders are sent tracking information once despatched. to get a real time update of the status of your order, design & tracking info, please login to account.

How long will it take?

All orders are despatched within 3-5 working days up to 2.5k units (lead times on order over 2.5k units to be confirmed before ordering). All orders will depend on stock availability.

I urgently need my order?

If you have an event or urgent date the order is due by, we can guarantee a fast dispatch as quick as 24 hours, extra charges may apply for priority orders so please contact the team before placing the order.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free UK mainland on order which exceed the value of £150.00 + VAT. For orders under that value, delivery charge is £7.50 + VAT. You can also arrange a collection from us too

What is the setup charge for and how much is it?

A setup charge only applies for new embroidered logos, this is a free service on orders over the value of £150.00 + VAT. On orders under that value, the setup fee is £15.00 + VAT. The fee is to cover the cost of digitizing the logos which is redrawing your logo in a format the embroidery machines can read. Print is no setup charge regardless of order value.

What is the return policy?

On orders which have been decorated, as these are made to order these will be ineligible for a return or refund. In the rare instance the item is faulty or different to the agreed mockup, we will offer an exchange, or in some instances a refund. All blank items are eligible for returns within 28 days.

Can I get a sample before I place my order?

Of course! We recommend samples on new runs of products you’re not familiar with. The are fully chargeable and can be returned for a refund within 28 days, or used as part of your order.

Can I order blank clothing?

Sure can, our online prices display the cost of the garment blank, and can be added to the basket as such. To get a price with decoration, please select the design location you’d like decorated. All prices are available to view on the product page.

Can I order something bespoke not on the website?

We have a lot of products not visible on the website, please speak to the team if there’s something specific you cannot find. We also manufacturing partners if you’re looking for something totally bespoke made.

Where can I find the size guide?

We have the brand size guides available to download and view, to find these they’re on each product as a button underneath the main product image.

I need to place a large order, can I get a better price?

We aim to provide the most competitive pricing about, if you have a large order please get in touch with team who can provide a specific quote for your needs.

I place a lot of regular orders, is there an easy way to reorder and get better pricing?

Sure, a lot of our customers order for their teams on a regular basis, it’s best to speak to a member of our team about your requirements as you may be better for a uniform portal to help manage or on a contract basis.
