Vinyl: the process of vinyl heat transfers is perfect for low-medium sized order runs with minimal different spot colours. Taking single colours of vinyl film, the logo is cut out using the outlines of the artwork. It’s important that artwork is provided in a High Pixel format to best achieve the quality outlines to produce the cut outs. Once the logo has been cut out, excess vinyl is removed from the backing and the logo is applied to the garment using applied heat from a heat press. Digital cut-out and print: digital printing is also a form of printing produced on a vinyl, however, unlike normal single coloured vinyl, digital is supplied blank with the vibrant colours both printed on and cut, via our top of the range Roland Versacamm machines, using water based CMYK inks. This does not limit the amount of colours that can be used and allows applications to have fade/gradient effects, as well as producing stunning photo quality prints.
